Rev. Dr. Max Wilkins is the President of TMS Global (TMS stands for Train. Mobilize. Send.) and a man with a fire for global missions. He travels the world encouraging cross-cultural witnesses, developing training materials for those called to serve cross-culturally, and raising up leaders in the Christian movement.
