Max Wilkins and Jim Ramsay

I love introducing you to very cool people I know, and Max and Jim are among the very coolest. Max served as a pastor in Florida and Hawaii for 26 years prior to becoming president and CEO of TMS Global. We’ve heard from him before on The Art of Holiness so go find that podcast so you can learn about his book, Focusing My Gaze, and his podcast called Brilliant Gaze. Max is stepping down from TMS and Jim Ramsey is stepping up. Jim and his wife, Shawn, served in Kazakhstan for 10 years before joining the staff of TMS, and has trained and mobilized who knows how many cross cultural workers over the years. He has a passion for training and sending people into the world to share the good news, and he also has a passion for partnership. It is a joy to have these two good friends on AoH for a great conversation about missions, transitions and life.
